Cancellation Policy: All month to month programs require a 30 day notice to cancel. There are no refunds for paid in full programs. Please be advised that by signing any documentation or making a payment on any invoice pertaining to you/your company's relationship/affiliation with Earn Your Physique, you/your establishment agrees to pay any and all fees agreed upon. In addition, by signing this disclaimer, you acknowledge that Earn Your Physique does not provide refunds of any sort, at any time. Earn Your Physique does however, agree to only render service of equal or lesser value if Earn Your Physique feels that a previous program did not meet required standards. Be advised, that all cases vary, and all decisions are made on a case-by-case basis, at Earn Your Physique's discretion. Earn Your Physique can cease the relationship had by you/your establishment at any time, for any reason, without prior notification.
